A student initiative - The Beautiful World Movement organised a fundraiser event at Our Sacred Space on Sunday. Organised entirely by the members, the fundraiser on May 21 was to get people to have fun and at the same time use all the money made for orphanages and underprivileged kids. It was indeed a fun day with stalls, music and amazing food.

And the members will be using the profits from the event to visit orphanages and give the children, stationary kits. Beautiful World Movement is a student initiative started by Sidharth Bendi, an aspiring singer/songwriter.

He wrote this song called ‘Beautiful World’, in order to make a difference through music. His views about how music can spread love and happiness gave him the idea of actually getting all his friends and their groups together, and start a movement.

Initially, it started with 5 of his friends and then it spread all over social media and now has a complete volunteer group of 200+ people. All the people involved are teenagers, who personally want to promote the idea of being together and spreading love amongst all the people from this generation – a tall wish, but not impossible.
