With an objective to provide high quality haleem to the people of the city, Hyderabad House restaurant unveiled an all new ‘haleem box’ at an event in The Green Park Hotel on Tuesday.

They also announced a venue with hygienic conditions ‘Zaiqa-E-Ramzan’ to serve better during the Holy month. This year the Haleem feast begins from June 7.

What is unique is that the new Haleem Box is sealed with airtight to retain its flavour and easier transport. After getting huge response last year, Hyderabad House has launched their second spot to host Haleem this year at Khilawat Grounds near the Chowmahalla Palace in Old City in addition to the previous one at Rayyan Function Hall at Mehdipatnam.

“This year, we have tied up with Heritage Fresh retail outlets and bakeries of UBCL to increase the general availability and reach. Now it will be available at 35 Heritage Retail Outlets and 125 UBCL Bakeries in Hyderabad.

Pradeep Kumar Khosla, a famous Chef and the CEO of Hyderabad House has personally curated each and every item that is served at this widely popular Ramzan food festival.

We are expecting greater response to Zaiqa-E-Ramzan this year compared to the past,” said Khalil Ahmed, Managing Director, Food Krafters and Services LLP after the launch.

“We launched our second venue to provide a family-friendly ambiance, conscious of hygiene and cleanliness to the people. We were providing 22 types of food items besides Biryani and Haleem.

This year the Haleem box price is fixed at Rs 150. We were also planning to export it to other cities, that may be possible in next year,” said Pradeep Kumar Khosla.
