The conclave was designed for HR heads and leaders of learning and development in the corporate sector, Government, startups and other Organizations. The focus of the event was to restructure the management Development program at IIMA.
The conclave majorly discussed about the expectations and suggestions related to emerging leaders program, young entrepreneur program, organizational leadership for 21st century.
