Nominations for the sixty-third Britannia Filmfare Awards – South were unveiled at an event in ITC Kakatiya on Tuesday following which the Awards will take place on June 18, at Hyderabad International Convention Center (HHIC).

Actress Rakul Preet Singh, Editor of Filmfare Magazine Jitesh Pillai and Category Head, Health & Wellness, Britannia Industries Limited Vinay Subramanyam were present at the occasion.
Speaking about the Filmfare Awards Jitesh said, “This year for the very first time, Filmfare will partner with popular online ticket retailer BookMyShow to sell tickets for this exclusive event. It will be a once in a lifetime chance for the fans to witness their favourite stars up, close and personal.”
Readers of Filmfare and movie buffs have cast their votes in across 10 categories covering some of the best performances and films across the spectrum, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
A special jury has been appointed to select the winners from the final list of nominations across these categories.
