Hyderabad-based photographer to mobilise support to protect the archaeological monuments in the State exhibited the vast collection of the pictures of archaeological beauties here in the city on Sunday.

Speaking to The Hans India, Lenny Emanuel said that his effort is to make the people feel about the ignored historical buildings in Hyderabad. "We can able to protect our heritage if all of us show some concern on it," he said.

With the exhibition, he was trying to mobilise the support to protect and renovate the Osmania Hospital building, which was under threat of getting razed.

He assumed that the heritage structures in the city are in danger not because of the administration flaws, but it is because of the silence of the people. "We can protect it (heritage buildings) if we unite to save it," he said.

Several pictures exhibited of the historic structures were captured in panoramic covering the large space giving unique looks. Lenny told that it was not the easy job. "To take one picture we have to take 150 plus of the shots and to compile it which took nearly three hours of time," he said.

Photos of YSR Museum in Public Garden, Mahabubia Girls School in Gunfoundry, St Joseph Cathedral Church and Secunderabad club in Gunfoundry were few of exhibits.

A unique photo is exhibited which covers Charminar, Golconda and Mecca Masjid, the three different famous monuments in a single frame.
