The first look motion poster of Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ was unveiled at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute here on Friday. The event was convened to mark the actor’s 56 birthday. His daughter Brahmani and the film’s director Krish graced it.

Speaking later, Krish said, “Balakrishna has been a major guiding force for us on the sets of film in the recently concluded Morocco schedule. Given his stature, he treats every technician with utmost respect and always yearns to learn like a student. He is a man of values and I’m happy to see him using his fame to do service to the society. My mother was cured at this hospital and the staff took great care of her.”

Brahmini said, “Even I’m surprised to know that dad has turned 56. As age increases, one’s energy levels come down but with him it’s the opposite—his energy levels are going up. He plays with his grandson like a child. He believes in serving the society, a trait which he inherited from his father NTR. It is the reason why he is serving the society with the hospital and made it one of the best hospitals in the country.”
