As a prelude to the upcoming Vogue Wedding Show 2016 a show named Groom’s Studio 2016 was put up at Shantanu and Nikhil’s flagship store in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai. Designer Nikhil Mehra and Vogue India’s Fashion Director Anaita Shroff Adajania showcased a collection of men’s couture with an exclusive preview to Shantanu & Nikhil’s wedding couture collection designed especially for the upcoming Vogue Wedding Show 2016.

The 3-day wedding exhibition ‘Vogue Wedding show 2016’ has been scheduled to be held from August 5 to 7 at the Taj Palace in New Delhi At this ‘by invitation only’ luxury fair, guests have the convenience of meeting the finest purveyors of products and services pertaining to weddings, all under one roof.

Nikhil shared a few details of his classic collection set to be showcased at the main show in Delhi - an eclectic mix of contemporary silhouettes in rich hues of midnight blue, greys and plum, through delicate ruffles, lace and sheerness, and of course with the signature Shantanu & Nikhil drape.

Talking on the occasion Anaita Shroff Adajania, Fashion Director, Vogue India, said, “The Vogue Wedding Show- Groom's studio has been conceptualized to pique the interest of consumers and give them some insight on what they can expect if they attend the Vogue Wedding Show in New Delhi.”

“The session with Nikhil was received well by the guests as they got to interact with the designer first-hand and were privy to some brilliant groom wear styling tips from them. We are looking forward to meeting to-be grooms and connecting with them again at the main show in August,” she added.

Speaking at the Vogue Wedding Show Groom's Studio, designer Nikhil said “Our collection caters to the young, trendy, stylish and vivacious populace of the world and this is a perfect opportunity for us to connect with the customers and unveil our new wedding collection that awaits them at the show in Delhi.”
