ForPressRelease.com launched their mobile app, thereby allowing users to access press releases through their Android devices.

With this, the website becomes the first press release distribution to go mobile, offering more convenience and user friendly features for businesses, PR professionals, journalists and others.

One can download the ForPressRelease.com app directly from the website or from the Google Play Store for free.

Speaking about the launch of the mobile application, the Founder of ForPressRelease.com, Arnav Anand, said: "We focus on new technologies and are going to launch our iOS App very soon for Apple devices as well.

Since more than 60 per cent smartphone devices in India run on the Android OS, we first launched the Android mobile application. Android device users not only can read the latest press releases, but they can also post releases using their smartphones."

With their press release posting app, the submission of press releases will now become quicker, easier and handier. One will be able to post releases straight from conferences, press meets or any other event, using their mobile phone.

There is no need to wait for an event to conclude and start looking for a computer with the internet connectivity to submit a press release. Moreover, one can now access the latest press releases from anywhere while on the move.

Arnav believes the mobile app will add to their popularity and the traffic will surge manifold, as mobile internet users are growing at a tremendous pace with the introduction of the 4G network in the country.

As per the IAMAI study, the mobile internet users grew at the rate of 76 per cent in 2015. By June 2016, the mobile internet users are going to be 371 million in the country.

These astounding figures indicate the significance of having a mobile application to attract new users.
