E-vehicles for a greener and cleaner Hyderabad

#BIG-IMAGE##Khammam’s mechanical engineer Bharath Mamidoju started a manufacturing unit for non pollutant vehicles named Adapt Motors Pvt Ltd (AMPL) along with introducing e-vehicles including Sweekar, an electronic auto-rickshaw and Sweekar-L, an e-cart.

Manufacturing units of AMPL are located at Cherlapally and Pedda Amberpet. Bharath has plans to launch his new products within a month officially by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. The vehicles e-cart and e-auto rickshaw completely run on batteries which give 110 kilometers mileage per four hours of charge with a maximum speed of 35 kmph. E-auto rickshaw will be used for passengers with a capacity of seven passengers while E-cart for travelling goods which has the capacity of 800 to 1100 kg.

Speaking to The Hans India Bharath said, “AMPL is my dream, my perception, and my desideratum. From my childhood, I believed and visioned to be part of green society where everything is pure. Mechanical engineering helped me to mold myself in technicality wherein I would shape my vision into an inspiring machine.”

“An added advantage is that for the first time in India we are introducing EPCS (Emergency Pedal Changing System) which is under patent process, it ensures driver to charge the vehicle by self through a pedal mechanism.

Our designs are safe and secured for diver and passage with no compromise in comfort. Our Research and Development wing delivered a perfect output through advance technology and traditional procedures by considering the end user expectations,” he added.

Planning to include solar system in the e-vehicles Bharath said, “We are currently manufacturing three-wheelers in battery segment. Future would be luxury models, domestic four wheeler and special customized models. I personally invite Gusto, stirring and high-powered impresario to be part of our company,” he shares.
