Erring police officials under scrutiny

South Central Railway Majdoor Union leaders submitted a memorandum to Home Minister, Naini Narshimha Reddy, against the Sub Inspector of Police in Khammam who ill treated the travelling ticket examiner (also called TT) Nanda Kishore and handcuffed him from Khammam to Warangal.

Among the leaders who submitted the memorandum were the President K Srinivas, General Secretary Sankara Rao, Yadav Reddy , Sivakumar, Satyanarayana and Srinivas Yadav.

Replying to the memorandum Home Minister expressed shock promising to investigate into the matter and take suitable action on the erring police officials.
