Making technology user friendly

Workshop hosted by FICCI FLO on the topic 'Technology at your finger tips' included a detailed presentation of newly introduced apps for small and medium sized enterprises (SME's) given in Microsoft India Development Centre at Gachibowli recently.

The presentation of the apps was followed by a focus group break out session where they were handheld through navigating the three apps namely ‘Sprightly,’ ‘Connections’ and ‘Kaizala.’

Sprightly is a free- digital content creation app introduced by Microsoft in which users can instantly make professional content such as customised fliers, detailed price lists and a lot more without hiring expensive designers.

Connections app helps users around the world to capture notes and follow-up on to-do tasks with people they talk to everyday while the chat app by Microsoft named Kaizala helps users on the go to keep a track of items and other team members.

The workshop was held to encourage many more women to make the most of technology in their daily life.
