Respectfully is derived from respect the noun. Respect has many meanings: honouring someone or something or somebody, showing gratitude, thankfulness, admiration, deferential behvaiour; courteous expression or attitude towards another person, or towards a symbol or an emblem of religion; a behaviour of a person that pleases another person; and giving regards.
As a verb, respect refers to showing respect towards others, and other things (religious to memorabilia), and other verb forms are respects, respected and respecting.

The derivatives of respect are respectability (noun), respectable, respectful, respected and respectant (adjectives), respectably (adverb), respecter (noun: respecters of elders are becoming less?).
