Addressing e-waste
Students of sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet, Hyderabad spread awareness on ill effects of electronic waste on Tuesday.

Speaking about the effects of e-waste on environment and the 3R mantras, REDUCE REUSE, RECYCLE. Students stressed on the need of e-waste collection in school and handling over the same to recyclers like Sipcot industries. The school collected 75kgs of e-waste last year.
This year also the school has a similar plan, in order to continue this awareness among students and public in general. This is a step that is going to bring giantly in making Hyderabad free from e-waste.
“There are two reasons for the e-waste problem; People are not aware of the methods of disposal of e-waste, they don’t have solution for this issue,” states students from Environment Club of the school.
