Ravikumar, secretary of Institute for Exploring in Engineering (IEAE), a Karnataka based organisation gave away this award to the Principal Dr V S Giridhar Akula in the award ceremony held at Bangalore, while K Krishna Rao, secretary of Methodist received an appreciation certificate.
K Krishna Rao and Giridhar while addressing press at Hyderabad said that it is the greatest achievement and thanked all staff and students of Methodist for their constant support for the development of the institution.
“We have 16 doctorates with well qualified and experienced faculty, State of the art laboratories, regular monitoring of class work, good placements, a strong research and development cell, regularly organising International and National Conferences, FDPs are the basic elements considered by IEAE to nominate our college for this award”, Giridhar said.
