Chef Jamaal is Kamaal in terms of conceptualising the best of seasonal specials and presenting them in the most exotic manner – and this time he has designed a special kebab menu and called it ‘Gulzar-e- Gazak’ – the garden of blossom. As poetic as the name sounds is the menu, that are classics with an interesting twist.

The sea food delights have been infused with spices and roasted so perfectly that each bite coaxes you to have one more -Mallika-e-Dariya – fresh water salmon matured in richly spiced marinate, a bit of ginger, honey and roasted in tandoor;

Lehsuni Macchi Tikka – fresh water murrel spiked up with pate of yellow mustard, browned garlic and pot roasted; Zaituni Macchi – fillets of butter fish that gets a touch of Italian with basil, pine nuts and olives; Abu Galambo Kebab – that has the deliciously hand pounded crab blended with shallots,

ginger and green chillies , roasted spices and grilled; the soft and tenderly tandoor cooked Daura-e-Tafreesh; and the crunchy Tarare Jhinga – a simple and rustic preparation of prawns marinated in red chilli paste and fried over slow embers.

And there the Murgh Burrah, Shikanji, Seekh Reshmi, Charminar Seekh and Dum ki Raan – equally tender and juicy, and extremely flavourful – but in every kebab is that touch of ingenuity as the Chef induces a twist – making it unique.
