The occasion of Janmashtami was celebrated with sheer enthusiasm in The Play School, Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
Hyderabad: The occasion of Janmashtami was celebrated with sheer enthusiasm in The Play School, Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
The students dressed as ‘Bal Krishnas’ enacted the various aspects of Lord Krishna’s life beginning from his birth, taking us through his naughty and playful childhood to being the king of Dwaraka, gently reminding the audience of his divine omnipresence and his continuous blessings bestowed on one and all.
The highlight of the programme was the wonderful performances put forth by the young mothers along with their ‘natkat kanha’.
The event aptly called ‘Yashoda-ka –nandlal’ gave a platform for the mothers to showcase their creativity and talent as each one highlighted the events which occurred in Krishna’s childhood.
It was truly an unforgettable moment of bliss as the entire Play School appeared to have become a mini –‘Brindavan’.
