Their, Theirs, They’re

Pronouns are a class of words (word class or parts of speech) that refers to nouns (proper nouns and common nouns) such as he, she, you, yours, they, theirs, them, it…

Pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun, the place of nouns:

Their possessions are few.

‘Their’ is a possessive pronoun: it indicates to the possession of something to someone.

‘Their’ refers to something that is owned or belongs to other persons, somebody; from, of, relating to, them.

Theirs is a secure life: the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Their children are the sweetest. Their crop seems better than our own.

They is a possessive pronoun referring to unspecified gender.

They will be delayed for one or the other reason: their habit is not to be on time.

They have a wonderful weather in their city. Theirs is a city to live in!

Theirs is a possessive pronoun (their + ‘s = theirs) indicating to something belonging to someone, related to this or that.

Note that their’s (with an apostrophe) is not there in the language but one may notice it. It is an incorrect usage.
