GITAM to hold convocation on Saturday

GITAM University, Hyderabad and Bengalugu have together announced to hold its seventh Convocation Ceremony on Saturday 17 at their campus in the city. A total of 750 students will be awarded degrees on the day.

Dr S Christopher, Secretary, Department of Defence R&D, Director General, DRDO, would be the Chief Guest and will deliver the Convocation address will be conferred with the honorary degree of Doctor of Science.
Prof K Ramakrishna Rao, Chancellor, GITAM University will preside over the function. Prof N Siva Prasad, Pro Vice-Chancellor of GITAM University, Hyderabad informed that students who have secured highest CGPA in their respective programmes during the year 2012-16 will be awarded Gold Medals.
