GITAM to hold VII convocation on September 17

Chief Guest for the occasion S Christopher, Secretary, Department of Defence R&D, Director General, DRDO, will be delivering the convocation address and is being conferred with the honorary degree of Doctor of Science.
Prof K Ramakrishna Rao, Chancellor, GITAM University will preside over the function. Prof N Siva Prasad, Pro Vice-Chancellor of GITAM University, Hyderabad informed that students who have secured highest CGPA in their respective programmes during the year 2012-16 will be awarded Gold Medals.
