Commenting on this initiative, Abhishek Dwivedi, Co-founder, AlternaCare said, “The beauty of our product is that the user doesn't have to depend on the internet to talk to a doctor.
Our system has been connecting a lot of patients from Telangana/Seemandhra region and due to the recent floods in Hyderabad, the enquiries increased manifolds.
“We are helping the State in this hour of need by giving free consultations in that region,” he said. People can reach out to doctors through a media like mobile & desktop web (video), SMS and even through chat platforms including WhatsApp and FB Messenger.
