Hyderabad: With the higher education system steadily failing to impart employable skills to its graduates, TalentSprint, a youth career platform, launched Zip platform an innovative solution to help young graduates attain aspirational careers in the IT sector.

The ZIP platform revolves around a digital skill card, which is a learning-cum-employment aid for young graduates that cannot afford or do not have a reliable and continuous access to the internet.

ZIPis a fully digital self-help platform that allows young job seekers watch interactive video lessons, take multiple practice tests, obtain personalised performance analytics, and reference personalised study material to enhance their current skillsets and make themselves more employable.

Moreover, the ZIP platform allows them to access job opportunities with TalentSprint’s expanding partner network of 700+ employers.

Sharing his thoughts on ZIP, K Sridhar, Chief Digital Officer, TalentSprint, said, “As college graduates surge, employer expectations climb, and well-paying routine jobs get automated, a majority of our youth faces a perfect storm of un-employability and un-employment.

Our higher education system is failing them. And they can do so even as they lack access to good college classrooms or good internet facilities”.

With a mission to empower one million youth realize their career dreams, TalentSprint is popular for its Industry centric, comprehensive, well-designed and easy-to-learn programs on the cloud in order to help rural and semi-urban youth overcome traditional barriers such as gender, geography, and privilege.

With the growing gap between those seeking employment and those who are employable, it has become imperative for aspirants to professional support to realize their dreams.

However, different aspirants are at different levels of readiness and a one-size-fits-all classroom programs does not solve this problem completely.

Keeping this in mind, TalentSprint launched its ZIP program which enables one to identify their areas of strengths and weakness and prepare accordingly thereby zipping towards their dream job faster than a fixed duration program.
