​Nizamabad: A training camp on identifying and collecting finger prints was held for the policemen within the limits of the Nizamabad Commissionerate here on Wednesday. It was inaugurated by Additional Commissioner of Police (OSD) Rahul Hegde

The training classes were conducted on the directive of the Nizamabad Police Commissioner Kartikeya and the policemen working in Nizamabad, Bodhan and Armoor divisions.

Speaking on the occasion, the Officer on Special Duty Hegde urged the policemen working in all the divisions to make use of the opportunity and benefit from the training camp.

He said that the training camp would be held for one week and said that the police personnel should attend it without fail.

Later, kit bags with equipment to collect finger prints were distributed to the police personnel. He said that those attending the sessions should teach the other staff in their police stations.

Several finger print experts and policemen took part in the conference.
