Vigilance Awareness Week has commenced at NTPC-Ramagundam on Monday. At a programme held at the administrative building, all employees participated in the opening session wherein NTPC CMD Gurdeep Singh administered the Vigilance Week pledge through video conference.

​Ramagundam: Vigilance Awareness Week has commenced at NTPC-Ramagundam on Monday. At a programme held at the administrative building, all employees participated in the opening session wherein NTPC CMD Gurdeep Singh administered the Vigilance Week pledge through video conference.

Speaking at the programme, Prasant Kumar Mohapatra, ED-Ramagundam urged all to strive continuously to bring integrity and transparency and remain vigilant and work towards the growth and reputation of the organisation.

Later, DGM-Vigilance S Shyamraj read out the messages from Honorable President of India and CVC. NTPC and CISF officials were present in large number on the occasion.

The week-long programme will conclude on November 05. This year the theme for the Vigilance awareness week is: Public Participation in Promoting Integrity and Eradicating Corruption.

To create awareness on the programme, Essay writing and Elocution completion for employees, CiSF officials and school children were organised. Vendor Meet is also planned for supplier and contracting agencies during the week-long celebration.
