Cultural bonanza for medicos
Secretary of Shadan Educational Society, Shadan Tehniyat inaugurated the nine-day cultural extravaganza ‘Pulsation’ in Himayathsagar on Tuesday.

Nine House captains of Shadan Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) and Dr VRK Women’s Medical College started the march past with their teams.
Speaking on the occasion, Dean of SIMS Dr Dinesh Raj Mathur said, “Activities, sports, social and cultural gatherings play a crucial role in a doctor’s life and contribute to overall health and mental strength.”
Dr AY Chary, Dean of Dr VRK Womens Medical College said, "Pulsation gives a platform to medicos to learn about many disciplines through activities that invigorate them to become better people and responsible medical practitioners to serve society at the root levels.”
As part of the event, a ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ drive was organised on the opening day. The event is expected to have upto 2,000 medical students, doctors, interns and PGs who will attend.
