Hyderabad to host games this year
The Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC) announced its 20th National Athletics and Games, which will be held in Hyderabad from November 6 to 11.
The Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate (ASISC) announced its 20th National Athletics and Games, which will be held in Hyderabad from November 6 to 11.
KV Vincent, Secretary Treasurer, ASISC, said, “It’s a momentous occasion and a very proud one for ASISC to announce the 20th edition of the National sports meets.
ASISC has been organising inter-school events at the national level for the last twenty years. These events and competitions have seen tremendous growth and improvement in the last few years.”
The six-day ASISC National Games will be a vibrant sporting event for all ICSE and ISC schools across the country.
The national inter-school competition will have participation from 3,000 young athletes from 1,600 schools under the following categories - Volleyball, Swimming, Hockey, Athletics, Badminton, Football, Basketball and Lawn Tennis.
