Hyderabad: Delegates of NRI TRS Cell on Sunday gave a rousing reception to Telangana Tourism Minister A Chandulal at London Airport. Along with officials, the Minister is to attend a “World Travel Market 2016” seminar in London. NRI Cell delegates welcomed the minister, Tourism secretary B Venkatesham, Mulugu market committee chairman A Prahlad and others.
Telangana NRIs are organizing the world travel market seminar to be attended by delegates from 182 nations. Chandulal will represent Telangana from India and explain about the schemes being implemented for the welfare of the people. The minister is also to focus on the flagship programs, new industrial policy, NRI and IT policy to boost various sectors. He is expected to appeal to the world leaders to invest in Telangana in chosen sectors and partner with the state development.
He will also focus on the steps being taken up by chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to transform the youngest state to become golden Telangana with all facilities, infrastructure and cater to the needs of people besides giving land to the landless, pension to various classes.
NRI Cell chairman Anil Kurmachalam, general secretary Ashok Goud, secretaries Navin Reddy, Venkat Reddy, UK In-charge Vikram Reddy, Rathnakar, Sathish and others welcomed the delegates.
