Depicting the cultural vibe of Iran, the ‘Iranian Film Festival’ began at Sri Sarathi Studios in Ameerpet on Thursday, which was inaugurated by HE Hussain Nourian, Consul General, Consulate General of Islamic Republic of Iran.

Depicting the cultural vibe of Iran, the ‘Iranian Film Festival’ began at Sri Sarathi Studios in Ameerpet on Thursday, which was inaugurated by HE Hussain Nourian, Consul General, Consulate General of Islamic Republic of Iran.

The six-day festival is jointly organised by Hyderabad Film Club and the Sarathi Studios. On the first day, Reza Dormishian directed ‘I’m Not Angry’ was screened.

Featuring the likes of actress Baran Kosari and actor Navid Mohammedzadeh, the movie tells the story of an expelled university student tries not to get angry when faced with the immoralities prevalent in the society, and does all he can not to lose his love.
