Kamareddy: The officials of the district education department are already gearing up to conduct the tenth class SSC examination in March next year and chalked out an action plan to achieve cent per cent results in the district. They have decided to take steps five months in advance to improve the pass percentage.

In this connection, they are conducting special coaching classes during the evening after school hours and the headmasters were instructed to do so. Teachers were told to strictly conduct classes without fail every day.

There are a total of 196 school in Kamareddy district and 15,000 candidates will be appearing for the SSC final examination and among these, 8,000 are from government schools.

Last year, in the undivided district, the pass percentage was 90.4 per cent. However, only 87 candidates could secure 10/10 GPA in the SSC results.

The officials said that less number of students passed in Jukkal, Banswada, Yellareddy and Nagireddypeta mandals of Kamareddy district.

That was why the officials of education department want to improve the pass percentage in the newly formed district of Kamareddy and take it to the top in the Telangana State.
