More than 200 students from schools of twin cities participated in a ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’ drive at the historic Golconda Fort as part of ‘Heritage Week’ on Monday.

Participants also took part in a massive yoga session, which was organised by Mansi Gulati. The event was organised by Manasvani Foundation in association with Archaeological Survey of India.

Speaking on the occasion Mansi said, “India is a land of opportunities and a majestic civilisation that holds innumerable variables of diversity that continues to inspire and serve the human race through its revolutionary adaptability that manages to shift with the tides of time and innovation.

“Today was about educating children about our rich composite tradition and bestowing upon them virtuous sense of responsibility and the practice of yoga as an art form and lifestyle,” she said.
Sports Minister T Padma Rao was among those who participated.
