The two-day annual exhibition ‘Art for Concern’ began at Park Hyatt in Banjara Hills on Friday.

Orgniased by Secure Giving in aid of Concern India Foundation, the event aims to enable connoisseurs of art in the city to own works by well established artists at affordable prices.

Showcasing eclectic collections T Vaikuntam, Suhas Roy, Annu Naik, Jogen Chowdhury and Ramesh Gorjala among many others, all the featured works have been priced under Rs 1,50,000 with most of the works priced between Rs 15,000 and Rs 1,50,000.

While the prime focus is to raise funds for underprivileged sections of the society, it also takes this opportunity to bring forward the works of struggling and needy artists, thus providing them a platform to be visible alongside the masters.

The initiative is running from 10.30am to 6pm.
