In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Christmas, New Year, Pongal festivals, South Central Railway (SCR) will run 54 special trains. 

In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Christmas, New Year, Pongal festivals, South Central Railway (SCR) will run 54 special trains.

Train No. 07757 Secunderabad-Vijayawada special train will depart Secunderabad at 5.30am on December 4, 11, 18 and 25 and January 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 (2017) and arrive Vijayawada at 10.45am on the same day.

In the return direction (on the same dates), Train No. 07758 Vijayawada-Secunderabad special train will depart at 5:30pm and arrive at Secunderabad at 10:50pm on the same day.

En route, these special trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda and Guntur stations in both the directions.

Train No 07607 HS Nanded-Tirupati Special will depart at 6:45pm on December on 6, 13, 20 and 27 and January 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 (2017) and arrive/depart Secunderabad at 12.10am/12.40am on the next day and arrive Tirupati at 2pm.

In the return direction, Train No 07608 Tirupati-HS Nanded Special will depart at 3.45pm December 7, 14, 21 and 28 December and January 4, 11, 18 and 25 (2017) and arrive/depart Secunderabad at 4.30am/4.55am on the next day and arrive HS Nanded at 11.30am.

En route, these special trains will also stop at Mudkhed, Dharmabad, Basar, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Malkajgiri, Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasti and Renigunta stations in both directions.

Train No. 07438 Kacheguda – Tatanagar Special will depart at 1pm o¬n January 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 and February 6, 13, 20 and 27 (Monday) and arrive in Tatanagar at 7.45pm on the next day.

In the return direction, Train No.07439 Tatanagar – Kacheguda Special will depart at 10.50pm o¬n January 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 and February 7, 14, 21 and 28 (Tuesday) and arrive in Kacheguda at 5am on the second day.

En route these special trains will stop at Malkajgiri, Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Piduguralla, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Anakapalli, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Berhampur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Sukinda Road, Kendujhargarh, Jaroli, Banspani, Dangoaposi and Chaibasa stations in both the directions.
