To make this pairing more special Mercure Hyderabad is hosting a food and wine promotion at their all-day dining restaurant, ‘Cayenne’.

The premium collection of wines from Fratelli is paired with Chef’s exclusive Indian dishes to create a tang that’s worth a try.

“The wines are accompanied by a special three-course tasting menu, which is crafted using the highest quality ingredients to suit the local palate,” said Chef Vinay Kumar, who meticulously curated the menu for the fest.

Start your fine dining experience with Chardonnay and pair it with starters like Peanut Paneer Tikka with spicy Corn Chutney and Hara Gobi Ki Tikki made with broccoli, potato, spring onion.

Emanating the smoky oak flavour the Chardonnay with these starters gives you a velvety feel. Follow it up with Sauvignon Blanc along with Gilafi Murghi Tikka, which is a made with cheese and mixed peppers.

The zesty taste of Sauvignon Blanc coupled with the spicy taste of Gilafi does good to your taste buds.

The spread also includes Anjeer Malai Kofta, Duvari Murgh, Nizami Shanks, Hariyali Macchi and Bilati Subzi that can be paired with Sangiovese, Shiraz and Chenin Blanc.

Culminate your fine dining cruise with the dessert, Orange Poached Pear with Poornalu, which is a nice sweet with a touch of tang on your palate.
