Mulugu astrologer questions Jayalalithaa’s funeral

Mulugu astrologer Siddanthi has said that the funeral of recently-deceased Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J Jayalalithaa was against Hindu shashtras. “Mistakes have been made in the funeral, which was performed by Sashikala. In Hindu culture, women do not have the right to perform yagnayagadi rituals. Burying after sunset is also prohibited for women,” he said.
