Tell us about your role in the film?
I am playing Ranveer Bajaj in the film.

Ranveer is very intense and at the same time, he is very romantic.

In this film, I am continuing my “Angry young man” avatar, which I donned in my TV serials ‘Geet’ and ‘Punar Vivah’. It is an interesting character.

When you first read the script what was the first thought that came to your mind, as the film has many erotic scenes?
First of all, this is not an erotic film.

It is a love story. The lovemaking scenes are only in songs and they show the pure love, which Sana and I share on the screen.

The content of the film is very strong. This is Vishal’s third film and his previous movies were sleeper hits.

He experiments a lot in his films and that’s what attracts the audience.

Were you nervous while filming the bold scenes?
I am a shy person and I was very scared to do these scenes in front of the crew.

As we did those scenes in one take, it was over soon (laughs). The chemistry between Sana and me is being liked by everyone.

How was your experience working with the cast?
I knew Sana from a few years but never worked with her.
