Pre-Christmas celebrations at Police Commissionerate
Speaking on the occasion, the Commissioner of Police said the teachings of Jesus Christ if followed every person could evolve as perfect human. The tenet of self-sacrifice for the benefit of others was the most precious one and Jesus sacrificed his life for the emancipation of humankind.
Hanamkonda: Grand pre-Christmas celebrations were held at Warangal police commissionerate here on Friday.Commissioner of Police G Sudheer Babu hosted the celebration. Warangal Catholic Diocese Bishop Udumala Bala, pastor K Kurian, social worker P Damodar and others joined the celebrations and cut a Christmas cake.

In a similar passion the police personnel also sacrifice their lives for the safety and well being of the citizens in the society. Whatever be the profession a person engaged in, he/she should try to lend a helping hand to the needy, Sudheer Babu pointed out.
Kurian stated that one, who works with integrity, would always be protected by the God. Everyone should cultivate the practice of loving and caring for his neighbours and that could end tensions in the society.
DCPs MS Venugopal Rao and Md Ismail, ACPs Muralidhar, K Eashwar Rao, J Mahender, Chaitanya Kumar, the community leader M Joseph and others were present.
In another programme held at district court premises, Eluru Catholic Diocese Bishop Jaya Rao Polimera has cut a Christmas cake and extended Christmas greetings to all the community members.
Bar Association president B Jayakar, BJP leader R Amarender Reddy, Congress leader N Rajender Reddy, TRS leader G Ravi Kumar and others were present.
