Khammam: Khammam MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy urged the people to follow the path of Jesus Christ with love and affection.
He offered prayers at various Churches here in Khammam on the occasion of Christmas on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, the MP said, “The TRS government is determined for the welfare of the Christian community and taking necessary steps for the implementation of welfare schemes so that they can reach every person belonging to the community.
”
On the day, the MP distributed blankets and clothes to the children of the Mother Theresa Orphanage at Krishna Nagar here in Khammam city.
He also handed over a cheque for Rs 7,716 to the orphanage home given by an owner of a private educational institution, Praveen Reddy.
