Adhyanotsavalu begin at Bhadradri temple
They chanted ’Ramanama Sankeertanam’ as priests performed ‘Vishwaksena pooja’ and ‘Punyahavachanam’. The temple officials announced suspension of the ‘Nityakalyanam’ until January 9 in view of the celebration of the Utsavalu.
Bhadrachalam: The Adhyanotsavalu at the famous Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy temple in Bhadrachalam began on a grand and traditional way, with priests colourfully decorating the deity on Friday. They brought the decorated idol to the ‘Kalyana Mandapa Vedika’. On the day, a large number of devotees had the Lord’s darsham, as He appeared before them in ‘Matsyavatharam’ at Mithila Stadium.
They chanted ’Ramanama Sankeertanam’ as priests performed ‘Vishwaksena pooja’ and ‘Punyahavachanam’. The temple officials announced suspension of the ‘Nityakalyanam’ until January 9 in view of the celebration of the Utsavalu.
Among those present were, Temple Executive Officer T Ramesh Babu, AEO Shravan Kumar, Supervisor Bhavani Ramakrishna, Acharya K E Stalasai, Chief Archakas Podicheti Jagannadhacharyulu, Podicheti Sitaramanujacharyulu and Upa Archaka Amaravadi Vijayaraghavan.
