Cops gear up to ensure safe New Year
“The urge to celebrate on the eve of New Year can be understood, but it should not turn fatal. One needs to understand that life is precious and a restraint is necessary to ensure safety,” he said, recalling the death of quite a few persons in road accidents during New Year celebrations earlier.
