Officials of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) began the next phase of Charminar Pedestrian Project (CPP). In this regard, the stretch starting from Laad Bazaar to Charminar was dug up on Wednesday in order to lay uniform Rajasthan marble, and black and pink cobble stones.

The construction activities of the long-pending project resumed after MAUD minister KT Rama Rao’s visit to the Old City recently.
