Mancherial: Louis Braille’s birthday was celebrated on a grand note at Sai Blind High school here on Wednesday. On the occasion, District Collector R V Karnan garlanded the portrait of Braille and inaugurated the programme.Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said that Louis Braille, who invented reading and writing system for the visually impaired, will be remembered forever. Work hard and achieve good results, he appealed the students.
