Nalgonda: District Collector Gaurav Uppal stated that the contribution of Louis Braille to the blind is invaluable.On Wednesday, the Collector participated in the birth celebrations of Louis Braille, organized by a blind school in Nalgonda. Addressing the gathering on the occasion, he explained the services of Louis Braille to blind in detail and assured financial assistance from employees and traders after conducting a meeting with them.
