Urdu Language will be promoted: Ilambarithi
District Scheduled Castes Officer Balasurender said that on Friday evening meeting will be held for the promotion and development of the Urdu language at 5 PM and at 5.30 p.m., another meeting would be held with the minorities who were working as scavengers in and other menial jobs to sanction their pre-metric wages. Nirmal: District Collector K Ilambarithi urged people to take interest and develop the Urdu language. Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, he said that the government has issued orders to all the District Collectors in the State to take necessary measures for the development of the Urdu language as Telangana’s official languages were both Telugu and Urdu.
