All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Hyderabad is conducting the “Awareness Workshop on Smart India Hackathon 2017”. 

Hyderabad: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Hyderabad is conducting the “Awareness Workshop on Smart India Hackathon 2017”.

The program is scheduled to be held in Hyderabad (AICTE-South Central Region) on January 6, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm at Ghulam Ahmed Hall, Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

The program will be attended by staff and students of engineering colleges from both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The program details will be explained by R.Balamurugan, Regional Officer, South Central Regional Office, AICTE, Hyderabad in presence of Member Secretary AICTE, New Delhi and presided by Zafar Javeed, Secretary, Sultan Ul Uloom Education Society, Hyderabad.

The Hackathon is the process of inventing solutions to the various day to day problems, be it in the large industrial units or the government offices in the country. As many as 25 ministries and government departments are linked with the programme as of now.

It is contemplated to reach more than 6500 technology Institutes and about 30 Lakh students further to tap the best technical talents to solve the most pressing problems keeping abreast the pace of growth and development of the Country in the wake of one of the dreams of Prime Minister of India, the Digital India.
