Customers demand bank manager’s transfer

Ankapur (Armoor): State Bank of India customers, villagers and farmers of Ankapur village staged a protest in front of the SBI branch here on Thursday demanding transfer of the Manager over his non-cooperative attitude.

The bank customers alleged that the manager has been causing troubles while doing transactions of their deposits and withdrawals. Tension prevailed at the bank for sometime due to the protest.The staff reported the matter to the police, who took steps to restore normalcy in the area.
