Kothagudem: District Superintendent of Police Ambar Kishor Jha on Friday felicitated Krishnayya a dog trainer on being adjudged as the ‘Best All-India Trainer in 2016’ at the competitions held in Mysuru, Karnataka.Krishnayya bagged the gold medal which is also the first to be won by the newly formed district. The police department personnel from various States had taken part in the event.
