The 77th IPSC Principals Conclave was inaugurated by Governor – ESL Narasimhan on Monday at Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: The 77th IPSC Principals Conclave was inaugurated by Governor – ESL Narasimhan on Monday at Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

The main aim of the conclave is to widen the educational avenues & information portals of principals & correspondents from various schools of the nation.

This Conclave reiterates the importance of building a strong foundation in order to enable the student world to gain education based on ethics and values.

The 77th IPSC Principals Conclave initiated with Executive Committee Meeting on 8th January, 2017 at HPS-Begumpet. The Committee is headed by Chairman IPSC-VK Banga also the Principal The Mann School-Delhi.

Governor ESL Narasimhan, stressed on the importance of values & ethics in children education. He advised the participating principals that society is you-me & children and principals are sowing seeds for the future, he further added the "rating of children is based on kind of human being he/she produces rather than producing a machine".

He went on to sing a yesteryear song "Phullo Ka Tarro ka sabka Kehna Hai-Ek Hazaaron mein meri Behena hai"-The Importance of Girls & Girl Education and how the value of sisters should be inculcated in Boys right from their school education.

The first session of the conclave was a seminar on child rights by Malvika Rajkotia, Advocate Supreme Court, she highlighted the importance of child rights in Indian Constitution, she said "Children perceive injustice treatment at very early age and grows with it.

She added "Caregivers (Teachers/Prinicipals) should be careful recognising child as distinct entity. Malvika Rajkotia also added "The Gurudakshina, Parampara-reinforces power in the hands of caregivers, she directed the teachers to have a complete focus on a child & their development.

She cumulated her session by saying "We need to be patrons but not patronizing".She mentioned they are laws like "POCSO, Juvenile Justice Act and Right to Education" which are they are for Children's.
