Pastor electrocuted in Nalgonda

​Nalgonda: A pastor working in Kadapagandi Thanda in Narayanpur mandal of Yadadri district was electrocuted on Tuesday allegedly due to the negligence of the TS Transco officials.

Nagesh of Mattampalli in Kodad mandal, who has been working as pastor for sometime in the Thanda, had himself lodged written and oral complaints to the concerned department Assistant Engineer and linesman about power leak in houses resulting in residents receiving shocks when they got in touch with walls and switch boards.

Family members of the pastor staged a dharna with the body at the Jangama sub-station demanding suspension of the errant electricity staff allegedly responsible for the electrocution and payment of compensation to his kith and kin.
