​Khammam: The coaching camps organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra will be of highly helpful for motivating the youth along with inculcating good habits and enabling them to tread a good path, told the Zilla Parishad Chairperson Gadepalli Kavitha here in Khammam on Tuesday.

She inaugurated the coaching camp with the theme ‘Young Leadership-Development of Society’, organised by ‘Dynamic Youth Club’ with the cooperation of Nehru Yuva Kendra here at Technical Training and Development Centre in Khammam on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Kavitha said the youth must play a key role in the development of the nation. By acquiring new skills and understanding thoroughly the new technology in the growing modern world, youth of both rural and urban areas can do wonders and build healthy and strong society.

She urged the organisers to conduct such programmes in mandal headquarters too to motivate and train the rural youth.

Project Director of the District Rural and Development Agency Muralidhar Rao said the society must prepare the youth to strive hard for the welfare of the villages. District Sports Officer M Parandama Reddy suggested that for developing creative skills and leadership qualities among the youth, youth organisations must conduct programmes on personality development and Yoga.

In-charge of MP office Dayakar Reddy, coordinator of Nehru Yuva Kendra P Rajashekar, president of Dynamic Youth Club Jakkula Venkataramana, member of NRI Forum Narendra Swaroop, National Youth Award winner B Lakshmaiah, representatives of NGO G Sathyanarayana, Saida Rao, T Sudheer, Madava Rao, M Sridevi and Jhansi were present along with others.
