Dattatreya, Kishan Reddy visit Bhadradri temple
Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya and BJP floor leader in Assembly G Kishan Reddy visited Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy temple here on Friday.
Bhadrachalam: Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya and BJP floor leader in Assembly G Kishan Reddy visited Sri Sitaramachandra Swamy temple here on Friday.
The duo was in town to attend BJP State executive meeting. The temple authorities welcomed them with honours. The duo performed special pujas to the presiding deities. Temple Executive Engineer presented mementos to the saffron leaders.
Bandaru Dattatreya said he worshiped the lord wishing for the country’s development on the lines of Ramarajyam and strengthening the government which was working for the betterment of weaker sections.
Kishan Reddy said south Ayodhya was as important as north Ayodhya. He reminded his plea to the Central government for setting up an airport on Bhadradri-Kothagudem way.
He said the Union Minister Nitin Gadkari made it clear to spend thousands of crores to develop highway facilities to the temple town.
