Will make Sircilla district illicit arrack-free, Collector vows
The District Collector Krishna Bhaskar vowed to make the district free from illicit arrack. He hoisted the national flag at Zilla Parishad High School grounds here on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion he said a rule has been introduced for government employees to wear handloom garments on every Monday.
He said with public support the district has been declared as open defecation free and requested the people to utilise the personal toilets.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has allotted Rs 400 crore for Vemulawada Rajarajeswara Swamy temple and Vemulawada Development Authority had been constituted to develop the temple, he added.
Tableaux of various departments have caught public attention. Students took out a parade which stood as the main attraction in the celebrations.
